Valet Parking Disclaimer

By using this valet parking service, the vehicle owner/operator agrees that the valet service, its employees, and agents are not responsible for loss of or damage to the vehicle or its contents, including but not limited to personal property, mechanical failure, fire, theft, or acts of God, except where required by applicable law.

Valet parking is provided at the vehicle owner’s risk. The valet service’s liability, if any, is limited to direct damages and shall not exceed the fair market value of the vehicle or the maximum amount permitted by law. No responsibility is assumed for items left in the vehicle unless expressly disclosed and accepted in writing prior to parking.

By surrendering the vehicle, the customer confirms that the vehicle is in safe operating condition and properly insured.
